Good location and deal for the one by the river

Location is good, just few steps to walk to the Han River, good price offered, nice and friendly staffs.

Just only one thing that turndown service is not available until I required even though my whole stay is 5 nites.

Room was clear. Hotel has free parking. Staff is friendly . Location is good

They charge for still water in mini. So if you want additional water, you need to ask it on the desk, which is kind of strange

Great value for money!

The staff are very friendly! Even though there was a language barrier they were very helpful to me. The room was great value for money. The corridors could do with a freshen up but I thought the room was done well and clean.

The window didn't seal shut and being in a river view room means being on the road. It wasn't that noisy for me as I live in a city but it's worth considering.

Clean, good location, ac, fridge

A bit hard to use the bathtube as a shower without pouring water in the whole bathroom. Provided snacks in the room were not marked with prices so suggested to be free but they were not. Windows did not really close so you could hear the traffic as if they were open.

Great place to spend your holiday!

Great hotel, nice location near river, access to all nearby transports and tourist attractions, also very helpful and supportive staff!

All was good, I wish they could fix their card payment machine, and I am sure they will.

Good comfort for small money

Nice room for small money! Enjoyed the hotel-comfort after many nights in dorms a lot! As they're in the post-covid-starting-phase they offer their rooms for small money - that's fair. Had a side-view to the river from my window. Comfortable bed, small bedside lamp. Location is not really in a touristic area, that's okay - you can easily take a grab to get there - if you want to go there. Starbucks only a few minutes away : )

Huge stains on the curtains, bathroom needs a renovation! Actually everything needs to be renovated. They smoked in the hallway - there was an ashtray, somehow the smoke got in my bathroom through the ventilation. Staff doesn't speak English (except one guy who is only sometimes at the reception) so they can't help you with anything. At the end the room key card didn't work.

Superb

Hotel is good, if you upgrade you will get great view. Bathroom was very nice. Host can arrange breakfast in nominal cost. If you are looking for comfort this is a good hotel to stay.

Main attraction "Dragon bridge" is bit far for walking - 1.5 KM from hotel,. No Vegetarian/ Indian restaurants near by. Bus no 1 connecting Da Nang with Hoian (which had bus stop near dragon bridge) is non functional now.

I expected and believed too much on the review and pictures.

I think the location is good and the price is reasonable.

The facilities look quite old and dirty. I found some dots in the bed, bathtub, curtain, etc.

amazing place/location/staff 10/10

the location was amazing. the room was so nice and very clean and the staff were incredible and were very attentive to any need I had and offered help with booking tours/bikes/everything. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

my room was noisy from the road noise but I had an incredible view so I didn’t mind

Not pleasant

Rate advertised initially was only 10AUD. When I checked in I was not the case and the price was only for 2 hour stay and I paid 20 AUD for the a night. Toilet and vanity sink did not function. I could not use them. I already let the staff know when I checked out and they checked and could only say sorry.
